Privacy & Data Handling
This policy explains how nTrader operates as a software technology provider, how information is handled within the platform ecosystem, and which responsibilities remain with the authorised financial institution or broker using the software.
Section 1
Company Role & Service Nature
nTrader is a B2B software technology solution developed by Nextgen F X Investment LLC for licensed brokers, authorised financial institutions and enterprise clients. The platform supplies software interfaces and related technology rather than financial, brokerage, custody, payment or investment-advisory services.
Section 2
No Account Opening or Financial Onboarding
The nTrader application is intended for users who already have an established relationship with an authorised financial institution. The software itself does not open live or demo financial accounts, conduct KYC onboarding, process deposits or withdrawals, or provide wallet and payment services.
Section 3
Technical Data Flow & Data Handling
The application functions as a terminal interface connecting users to systems controlled by their respective institution or broker. Authentication, account management, trading activity and operational records are handled within the institution’s own environment rather than being maintained as nTrader broker-client databases.
Section 4
Infrastructure Role
Broker production databases, client authentication systems, trading records, financial transaction systems and related operational data remain under the ownership and control of the relevant authorised financial institution. nTrader supplies the software layer used to access that infrastructure.
Section 5
Platform Technical Operation
The nTrader software is designed as a technology interface. It does not independently operate broker-client financial databases or monetise broker end-user trading behaviour. Any operational analytics available to an institutional customer remain subject to that institution’s infrastructure, configuration and applicable agreements.
Section 6
Data Sharing & Disclosure
nTrader does not sell or rent broker-client trading or financial information. Limited corporate documentation relating to institutional customers may be retained where necessary for contracts, compliance, legal obligations or technical support. Disclosure may occur where required by law, authorised by the institutional customer, or necessary for confidential technical or legal support.
Section 7
Security
nTrader applies security practices at the software-development and deployment level. Security of financial records, onboarding information, account data and transaction information within a broker’s production environment remains the responsibility of the institution operating that infrastructure.
Section 8
Data Controller Position
For broker end-user information, the authorised financial institution acts as the relevant data controller. nTrader’s role is that of a software technology provider and does not replace the institution’s responsibility for its client records and regulatory data obligations.
Section 9
Regulatory Position
nTrader does not act as a broker, custodian, payment facilitator or financial intermediary. Trade execution, clearing, settlement, custody, financial processing and client investment decisions remain outside nTrader’s software-provider role.
Section 10
User Rights
Requests involving access to, correction of or deletion of broker-client account information should normally be directed to the authorised financial institution or broker with whom the user holds the underlying account or financial-services relationship.
Section 11
Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect legal, operational or technical developments. The current version should be reviewed through official nTrader communication channels and the nTrader website.
Section 12
Hosting & Infrastructure Responsibility
Financial institutions and brokers may use independent data-centre or infrastructure providers selected under their own arrangements. Trading servers, databases, authentication environments and financial operational records remain controlled by the relevant institution rather than by nTrader as a software vendor.
Section 13
End User Complaint Forwarding & Institutional Compliance Escalation
nTrader is not a financial dispute-resolution body. When a complaint concerning a broker or financial institution is received, it may be forwarded to the institution’s designated support or compliance contact.
- Initial forwarding is targeted within 24 hours or one business day.
- If there is no response, a reminder may be sent after five business days.
- If the matter remains unanswered for another five business days, a final notice may provide a further 48-hour acknowledgement period.
nTrader does not determine financial liability or guarantee the outcome of a dispute. Continued non-cooperation by an institutional customer may be addressed under the applicable software-service agreement.
Section 14
Platform Distribution & Third Party Store Disclaimer
Where the mobile application is obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the store operator is not responsible for the financial services accessed through the application. nTrader remains responsible for its software maintenance and technical support within the scope of its applicable agreements.
Users are responsible for independently checking the regulatory and legal standing of the financial institution with which they choose to maintain an account.
Section 15
End User Relationship With Financial Institutions
Users of the nTrader application should already have an approved relationship with an authorised broker, financial-service provider or financial institution. The software is used to access and interact with services supplied by that institution; use of nTrader does not create a separate brokerage, investment or transactional relationship with the software provider.
